JUNIOR LIFEGUARD CAMP

Heartbeat Safety Junior Lifeguards learn the fundamentals of lifeguarding, water rescues, & basic training in CPR and First Aid.

Days will consist of a mix of skills, scenarios, games, and physical conditioning; as well as some classroom learning and video.

*Camp culminates on Friday with a rescue skills presentation and showcase for parents, guardians, and friends.

SESSION 1: June 10-14

SESSION 2: June 24-28

SESSION 3: July 15-19

CAMP HOURS:

9:00 AM - 1:00 PM, MONDAY - THURSDAY

SKILLS SHOWCASE:

9:00 AM - 12:00 PM FRIDAY

Camp Sessions are $299 per child.

Camp is open to children ages 11-14 years of age.

Swim 25 yards unassisted without touching the bottom, sides, or lane lines.

Swim 12.5 yards, submerge and retrieve a 10lb brick, and swim with the brick unassisted for 12.5 yards.
